Hippie Snacks for a Year Giveaway – Terms and Conditions

By entering the Hippie Snacks for a Year Giveaway (“Giveaway”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Organizer

This Giveaway is organized by Hippie Snacks, located at 4612 Dawson St, Burnaby, BC, Canada, V5C 4C3. For any questions, please contact us at hello@hippiesnacks.com

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of Canada who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, and affiliates of Hippie Snacks and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and local laws and regulations.

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway runs until 11:59 PM PT on November 24, 2025. Entries received after this time will not be considered. 

4. How to Enter

To enter:

  • Snap a photo of our Hippie Snacks poster.
  • Share the photo to your Instagram feed or story.
  • Tag @hippiesnacks in your post.
  • Follow @hippiesnacks on Instagram.

Each valid post counts as one entry. Your account must be public for us to view and verify your entry.

5. Prize Pack

One (1) winner will receive:

  • 12 bags of Hippie Snacks Granola+
  • 12 bags of Hippie Snacks Crunchers
  • 12 bags of Hippie Snacks Crisps

Total approximate retail value: CAD $260.

The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. No substitutions will be made except at the organizer’s sole discretion.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

The winner will be selected by random draw after the Giveaway ends.

The winner will be contacted via direct message (DM) on Instagram by @hippiesnacks only.

We will never ask for payment or sensitive personal information.

The winner must respond within 7 days to claim their prize and provide a valid Canadian shipping address.

If the winner does not respond in time, another winner may be selected.

7. Publicity

By entering, you grant Hippie Snacks the right to:

  • Announce your name and/or Instagram handle on social media.
  • Contact you via Instagram DM for the purposes of administering the Giveaway.

8. General Conditions

Hippie Snacks reserves the right to:

  • Cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway at any time without prior notice.
  • Disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or violating these Terms and Conditions.

9. Limitation of Liability

By entering, you release Hippie Snacks from any liability related to:

  • Technical errors
  • Lost or delayed entries
  • Prize delivery or fulfillment

10. Instagram Disclaimer

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By entering, you confirm that you are releasing Instagram of any responsibility and that you agree to Instagram’s terms of use.
